Keto Recipe - Keto-Salmon Belly Salpicao

Salpicao is a traditional meat-based stir-fry dish. However, the fish version is just as good as the traditional version. The sauce’s salty and tangy flavour complements the salmon belly perfectly.

Ingredients:
- Salmon Belly Strips diced- 150 g
- Garlic- 2 Cloves minced
- Red Chili Flakes-1 tsp
- Olive Oil-2 tsp
- Lemon Juice- 1 Tbsp
- Low-sodium soy sauce-1.5 tsp
- Spring Onions- for garnishing
Preparation Method:
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add minced garlic cloves and red chili flakes
- Saute until it turns aromatic
- Add salmon and stir it for 1-2 minutes
- Add lemon juice and soy sauce. Stir briefly
- Garnish with fresh spring onions and serve.
